This project is one of the prestigious and challenging projects
for us. Client’s requirement is to build a huge garments on the
vast 42 thousand sq.ft land with proper amenities & standards
as per norms. We came up with the idea of building two floors of
manufacturing hall and separate block for the amenities like
genset room, Medical room & canteen.
This residence has a unique gathering spot at the terrace for the
family members surrounded by the landscapes to ensure the
better comfort the clients. Along with the portico, a separate
parking block been built with accommodation for the servants.
At some part of the residence double wall with cavity been used
to balance the thermal index and represent the contemporary
style of architecture. A part of facade been paneled with original
wood to bring the aesthetic appeal to the residence.
