This project is one of the prestigious and challenging projects
for us. Client’s requirement is to build a huge garments on the
vast 42 thousand sq.ft land with proper amenities & standards
as per norms. We came up with the idea of building two floors of
manufacturing hall and separate block for the amenities like
genset room, Medical room & canteen.
Along with the main factory building Amenities block (6909sq.ft),
Embroidery unit (1762 sq.ft), Canteen block (1860 sq.ft), and
separate G+2 Labour stay block (1850 sq.ft) was also built. Adding
to it now, GI sheet covered Second floor building is undergoing
construction on the main factory block.
The huge manufacturing hall measures about 105' by 139' with
only three column placed by the width to maximize the working
space on interior. A 11 feet wide staircase been provided to make
sure that there will be easy movement for the workers along with
the lift provision.
