This commercial building has three levels. Underground level,
ground floor and first floor. Base level is entirely dedicated for
parking since its essential in an urban scape. Ground floor been
occupied by a bank and Restaurant. First floor is planned to
have a marriage hall with seated food serving hall
The structure is heavily built with thick columns and raft concrete
at the basement. A part of wall at basement was a complete
concrete wall to ensure the stability and structural soundness of
the building.
Wide staircase and lift provision was included to match the users
movement during peak hours. This project is an elegant structure
well planned for usage without any compromise in functionality.
